Dolcetti Gelato, located in the hip 9th + 9th neighborhood of Salt Lake City, Utah, sought to expand its offerings to its customers and open up its rooftop (enter the design talents of Dot Dot Design Studio).

Opening a rooftop space required collaboration between the client, adjacent tenants, the landlord, and Salt Lake City building department officials.

Attention to detail and customer circulation proved to be significant to the design of the rooftop space. Awareness of access to adjacent businesses was kept in mind for respectful symbiosis in design.
